1.What I find most surprising about Digital Rights and Responsibilities is the shear about of them. Too be completely honest I myself don't follow the majority of them.
2.People do not act responsibly online, mainly because you can make yourself anonymous. You can insult people without them knowing it's you.
3.I would say the one about Piracy is most important. The act of Piracy takes money out of producers hands since consumers can get their products for free.
4.I think that the biggest issue relating to young children is the lack of supervision they're given. The internet gives them access to a lot of illicit things.
