1 and 2.There are products to make using technology slightly more healthy, but I outright believe that we should be using digital products less for more productive activities. I'm not saying that you should be exercising every hour, but you should not be on your computer for five hours straight, at least stretch if you are going to.
Activity #2: Pledges
1.I pledge to not use technology past 9 to make sure that I go to sleep early.
2.I pledge that I will stretch after being on a computer for a long period of time.
3.I pledge to not use my computer for more then 2 hours at a time.
4.I pledge to be more physically active.
5.I pledge that I will limit my phone usage as much as possible.
